World's First Monolithic 16-Bit D/A Converter

Voltage-Output AD7546KN & BD Are Monotonic Over Temperature; Have CMOS/TTL/µP-Compatible Latched Inputs, On-Chip Deglitch Switch

The AD7546 family of monolithic microprocessor-compatible d/a converters are designed to provide 16-bit resolution at high speed—with low power consumption and cost—in a 40-pin DIP package. The AD7546KN, in plastic, and the AD7546BD, in ceramic, provide 65,536 monotonically increasing output-voltage levels in response to 16-bit binary input codes, over the entire temperature range of 0° to 70°C for the former, −25° to +85°C for the latter.
